At Little Creek Casino Resort, you have the opportunity to play, stay and relax Indulge yourself in comfort and luxury with turn down service of a wine & cheese tray. 2 months later the person that got the job left and she gave the position to a 24 year old kid who only worked there for a 1 1/2 years when I asked her about it she told me he proved himself and when I asked how haven't I and how could I she flat out ignored me. The down side to the place is the management was vindictive and the favoritism was out of control if the manager didn't like you there was NO way shape or form that you would be getting any advancement for instance what was the last straw for me was I worked my butt off for 6 years and when a lead position opened up she said that I was to young to ever be a lead.
The only good things I can say is that the benefits where ok and the team I worked with was ok.
